We would love to meet you!

Changes are coming soon.

If you like to sing or if you can play a musical instrument, we can use your talent!

Explore your passion!

There are no auditions required for our choir. However, praise band and vocal positions will be auditioned during group rehearsals.

The HHBC Praise Band

These musicians (high school and up) play each Sunday in our 9:30am and 10:55am worship services. They rehearse on Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm in the worship center. Requirements include being able to read praise charts and maintain timing with a metronome.

Our Mission

The HHBC Music Ministry strives to “make His praise glorious” as defined in Psalm 66:1-2. Using both voices and instruments, we believe, as it says in Psalm 66:4, “All earth will worship you.” Through corporate praise and worship, we seek to magnify our Father and worship His holy name, for He alone is worthy of all our praise! We hope you’ll join us and use the talents that God has given you to worship Him with our praise band!

The HHBC Worship Choir

The HHBC Worship Choir is an essential part of our worship here, especially during the 10:55am worship service. The choir is open to adults who feel a call to serve God through the musical gifts He has given them. We sing a wide variety of music that reflects our heritage, as well as more contemporary music. These musical styles resonate with both young and old, but most importantly, they both glorify our Lord! We meet on Wednesday evenings at 7:30pm in the Choir room. Also, childcare is provided for members of the choir. If you are interested in joining, please e-mail connect@hhbc.net.

Tim Fus

Worship Pastor

Tim was born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. In 1995 he moved to Lynchburg, Virginia to attend Liberty University where he earned his Bachelor degree in Music. While at Liberty, Tim met his wife, Trisha. After finishing his schooling at Liberty, Tim and Trisha moved to Largo, Florida where he served as the Assistant Pastor of Worship. He served for 2 years in this capacity, and in 2003, accepted a call to be the Worship Pastor of The Fellowship in Leesburg, Florida. After serving at The Fellowship for 14 years, Tim accepted the call to be the Worship Pastor of Hyland Heights in 2017. You might say things have come full circle for the Fus family. Tim is currently working on his Master of Religion with a specialization in Worship Studies. He enjoys spending time in the gym, on the golf course, and with his family. Tim, his wife Trisha, and their 4 kids, Kayla, Kelli, Kaden, and Kooper, consider it a blessing to be serving at Hyland Heights and are excited to see what the Lord wants to do in and through their family.
