What is Care Portal?
What We Do
Careportal works directly with vulnerable children and their families, connecting them with local churches willing to respond. Careportal vets the needs, shares them through its website, and we can step up and say, “We can help!”
Our church can respond financially, or by donating furniture, volunteering time, and, most importantly, praying.
Resource Responder
- Provide or Fund items
- Do not connect directly with families
- Have Provided responses reviewed by a Team Leader before appearing in the Activity Feed
Relational Responder
- Can connect directly with the request submitter and family
- May need to complete any training or screening required by Hyland Heights
