Dear Parents,

Only two more days to take advantage of the early bird special for Mission Impossible. Almost 40 students have already registered online or in the SMC and I don’t want your student to miss out on the discount. Check out all the details at HHBC.net/thevine and look for the Mission Impossible heading on the top right of the menu bar. You will need to fill out the Release Form and pay by Wednesday, April 11th to get the discount. One can also register in the SMC by bringing their cash or check to Pastor Brian and signing up at the Welcome Desk.
Students will still be able to register right up to April 27th at the full price of $25 as long as space is still available.
For those families who have three students in 6th-12th grades, we will help you out by offering the third child FREE admission to Mission Impossible. Obviously the others will have to pay and participate as well.

This Wednesday Night
5:30-6:30pm Games, Dinner and Fellowship
6:30-8:00pm MS & HS Connect Services

Mission Impossible is HERE!
Polished and Chiseled are combined this year – 5pm Friday to 1pm Saturday, April 27th – 28th. The total cost is $25 but you can receive a $5 early bird discount if you register and pay by April 11th. You will also receive the event t-shirt when you pre-register. Register and pay online at hhbc.net/thevine or in the SMC. We are limiting the event to 120 spots and if we look at the numbers from the past couple of years we will fill those spots fairly quickly so don’t delay.
In the 10 years of doing Chiseled, this has been the most challenging to put together but I also believe this will be one of the best and most memorable events we have ever done.

Camo Night – 6-8:30pm Wednesday, May 2nd (NOTE THE EXTENDED TIME)
Our spring outreach event will have a variety of shooting games and activities for students to play, hang out, buy some dinner and have some fun. We want to encourage students to be People Bringers and invite classmates and friends for a memorable night. A fellow youth pastor, Derik Idol will deliver a powerful message and our very own Daniel Schick (MS worship leader) will be leading worship with his band.
Parents, we will need your help will registration, food, games, etc. If you can help out please let me know. We will need you in place no later than 5:30 for instructions and prep.

MS Preview – 9:30am Sunday, May 6th – Parents from 10:45am-12pm
We are inviting all 6th – 8th graders to experience the MS service that day. Then at 10:45am all parents are invited to join Jackson and the MS leadership for an orientation and presentation of how the MS ministry will partner with you and help grow your student as a disciple of Christ.
During the second hour MS students will be eating, playing games and enjoying some fellowship challenges.

Parents, we could really use your help at Mission Impossible
I still need 15 drivers for Saturday’s mission (8:30am-1pm). Our goal is to have 20 teams of 6 teenagers for a total of 120 students. If you have an SUV or van that holds 6 passengers PLUS the driver, then I need you to drive. Please let me know ASAP if you can commit to help. You will NOT need to spend the night.

Snowbird 2018 – HS Summer Camp – July 23rd-28th
Just a few need to complete the online registration.

Student Life 2018 – MS Summer Camp – July 23rd-27th
A couple of spaces are still available for Middle School Camp at Student Life. You will need a $60 deposit to reserve your spot with the total being $319. Receive more details at hhbc.net/thevine or contact jrichardson@hhbc.net.
